Quick overview

NDAX (National Digital Asset Exchange) is a Canadian cryptocurrency trading platform. This page explains how to log in, set up 2FA, troubleshoot common problems, and contact support if you need help.

How to log in (step by step)

  1. Open the official NDAX portal: portal.ndax.io — Login.
  2. Enter the email address you registered with and your password.
  3. After successful credential verification you will be prompted for a 6-digit two-factor authentication (2FA) code from your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
  4. Enter the 6-digit code and complete sign-in to access your dashboard.
Tip (Canadian users): Use a secure, private network when logging in — public Wi-Fi can expose login data. NDAX supports CAD bank funding for Canadian accounts; confirm your bank details on your NDAX profile.

Setting up and managing 2FA

Two-factor authentication is required each time you sign in. To set it up: log in, go to Settings → Two Factor Authentication, scan the QR code with your authenticator app and save your 16-digit seed in a secure offline place. If your phone time is out of sync, 2FA codes may fail — ensure your device clock is set to automatic.

Security reminders

Never share your NDAX password, 2FA seed, or recovery codes. NDAX uses cold storage, multi-signature protections and industry security standards — but your account security also depends on strong personal practices (unique password, hardware wallet for large holdings, and careful phishing awareness).
